It was clean and safe and had a good kitchen and internet wireless.

I thought it was too small for four people. They shouldn't advertise what they can't offer. Somethings were broken when we arrived, but they were fixed after we complained. The apartment was too expensive for what they offered. It would be a fair price if it was 2 rooms, as we suposed it was, by the advertising. The sofa bed in the living room was terrible, so we asked for an extra bed and they wanted to charge even more 20 dolars each day for the bed!!!! Too much for this place, wich could have at maximum 3 stars, if so. The swimming pool doesn't look like the picture in the hotel website. It is more like the size of a jacuzzi and it was even peeling off.

The location is right in the heart of downtown Santiago and is close to a lot of amenities.

The bed was on wheels so rolled a bit.

When we cancelled our reservation, the receptionist was professional.

The apartment was dirty, the carpets were filthy! If they are going to have carpets they have to be clean, the sofa bed smelt of urine, the apartment was also very dark and dingy due to the direction of facing windows.. and not at all as we expected from the web site pictures, the hot water did not work, the pool was no more than a paddlng pool and generaly it was a huge let down.. :-( I asked for pictures of the pool as this was the main reason we chose this apartment due to having children who needed to cool off in the heat! ...now I know why they didnt send extra pictures.

Great location, very close to metro stations.Nice area with lots of restaurants and services. The apartment has WiFi and we actually used the nice swimming pool on the roof.

The cleaning, specially in the bathrooms, was not very good.

Location is great, pretty near to subway stations, quite calm area, good accomodations, very good price value.

Probably a more complete breakfast but for the paid price it was fine.

The apartment was cleaned daily to a high standard and the staff were polite and friendly - extremely helpful with printing out our boarding passes and booking excursions / taxis for us.

We were not impressed with the breakfast (left in fridge on tray during previous day) - yoghurt (usually) syrupy fruit drink, cling filmed white bread (2 slices) and chocolate cereal, butter and marmalade. On a couple of occasions we had to supplement the milk / butter as they had not given any / enough. Tea/ coffee and sugar in packets also on tray.

We enjoyed the space we had and the area the hotel was in. It was very clean.

They were expecting us, two women and yet there was only one set of towels when we arrived. They did bring us more after a phone call. Unfortunately they were all not a very good colour, Greyish instead of white. Perhaps a little bleach would go a long way.
